Earn as you repair

Inboxx pays our independent technician based on each successfull repair done. We charge a service fee of 20-30% on each repair done.

We provide clients services that cut across phone repair, laptop repair , tablet repair, game consoles and other devices.

Our clients are companies and individuals that are currently working with us to out source there jobs to our independent technicians.

Who is a Supervisor?

At Inboxx every given independent technician will be assigned to a Supervisor. The supervisor will be responsible for there repair journey at Inboxx.

What we want from you as an independent technician?

As an early stage startup what we require from our Independent technicians is to be able to communicate properly, Be Knowledgeable and Be patient.

How are repair parts obtained?

Inboxx is fully responsible for obtaining of repair parts for each giving jobs

What can you expect when you receive a job?

When you receive a job from Inboxx we provide a diagnostic report form that enables you to fulfill each given task. The supervisor will communicate all necessary information and be your guide throughout the repair process.

Where will a job be sent?

At Inboxx we require an independent technician to a have a safe and confirmed address where parcels can be mailed in or received.

How do we pay our independent technicians?

Our Independent Technicians are urged to have a valid bank account. Payment will be fulfilled once our clients confirms satisfaction

If an independent technician does not fix a device how is it handled?

If you are unable to fix up a device our supervisor will communicate necessary actions or procedures to carry out.

How is communication handled?

Our primary means of communication at the moment is Slack. You will need to download the slack.

How many hours a week can an employee work?

At Inboxx there is no fixed hour or rate to work. You are fully responsible for your schedule. If you are given a job to fulfil then you are responsible to communicate timeframe to fulfill the repair to your supervisor.

How many repairs are an employee expected to complete?

The number of repairs an independent technician can complete depends on the nature of the job received and your schedule.
